Further to Public Safety Canada Daily Infrastructure Report DIR09-181, on September 25, the World Health Organization (WHO) indicated that as of 20 September, 191 countries have officially reported over 318,925 human cases of H1N1 flu virus, including at least 3,917 deaths.
